Zucchini (Squash) Cake

Ingredients:

5 dl flour

3 eggs

4 dl sugar

2 1/2 dl oil

5 dl  shredded zucchini

1tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

2-3 tsp cinnamon

2 1/2 dl chopped nuts or raisins 

Instructions: add all the ingredients together. Bake the mixture in an oven for about an hour, on 175c.
